Our People

The principals that comprise Tribal Financial Advisors have decades of focused experience in Indian finance, corporate finance and Indian gaming operations. Many of the financings and advisory roles that are now taken for granted were first accomplished by a Tribal Financial Advisors principal.

  • Successfully syndicated the first-ever bank financing for a Native American Tribe, a $350 million facility.
  • Structured and sold the first-ever stand-alone unsupported high yield project financing notes for a Native American casino.
  • Lead-arranged the first institutional term loan for a Native American Tribe.
  • Grew the investor base for Tribal financings through hosting regular investor conferences and seminars to increase understanding and knowledge of Tribal gaming businesses and financing details.
